| With the support of USAID, AIHA’s twinning methodology has been successfully applied to a regional pilot program to address the prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV in Odessa, Ukraine. To date, this project has resulted in a 75% decrease in the rate of vertical transmission. Drawing on lessons learned, others can successfully apply this approach to similar resource-limited settings. , 1 p. | |
