The American International Health Alliance (AIHA) and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) joined to collaborate
in the Russia Professional Development in HIV Medicine program, a public-private capacity building effort
designed to rapidly establish a sustainable mechanism for strengthening the knowledge and skills
of medical professionals charged with providing HIV-related care in select Russian oblasts.

Some 23 clinicians from 16 regions of Russia participate in the program.
