Monitoring and Evaluation

Effective monitoring and evaluation policies and procedures that are in keeping with accepted indicators and international reporting requirements are a key element of any successful blood safety service. Accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting help assure program quality and responsiveness to local and national needs. A detailed manual on monitoring and evaluation procedures developed through USAID’s PHHP is available in this section.
