Youth Risk Behavior Survey This survey was developed by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and slightly modified by the Uzhgorod/Corvallis partners to better suit the needs of the community in Ukraine. A few questions were added at the end of the survey that pertain to HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections; average number of visits to doctors and dentists, eye care, oral care, and two open-ended questions asking about perceptions of the most serious problems affecting youth in the local community. Following the administration of the survey, partners conducted focus groups. The files are provided in PDF format. Focus Group Questions (English / Russian)
Women’s Health Needs Assessment Survey Developed by the AIHA Constanta, Romania / Louisville, Kentucky Partnership This survey was developed by the Constanta/Louisville partners and presented during AIHA Annual Partnership Conference in 1999. The final report on the results on the survey is pending. The Uzhgorod, Ukraine / Corvallis, Oregon partnership edited and adapted the survey to fit the Transcarpathian (Zakarpatska oblast) population group.
