  The application form shows the information provided by the candidates that was used by AIHA staff and INLI faculty to select participants for the INLI program.

• Application Form for Small Grants Program (also in Russian)
  To provide an opportunity for the nurses who completed INLI training to continue work on projects that benefit their partnership or local communities, AIHA opened up a small grants competition for INLI graduates. The application form shows the criteria used to select grant recipients.
• Small Grant Project Final Reports
  Through a competitive application process, 20 nurses were awarded funding for projects focused on association building, clinical practice, leadership, and curriculum development. The grantees represented Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine. The reports in this section show what the grantees were able to achieve using the grants they received.
• INLI Assessment Report
  AIHA conducted a qualitative assessment of the program during the spring/summer of 2003 with the purpose of evaluating it from the perspective of participants. The assessment was based on a written questionnaire sent to all INLI graduates and supplemented by extended telephone interviews of selected graduates. The report is available in its entirety here.
