Description:
Drawing on the most reliable research and data available, this report submits clear evidence for the broadening sexual epidemic of HIV. Simultaneously, targeted prevention is needed among injecting drug users and other key vulnerable groups.

The report also documents the upward curve in TB morbidity, with prevalence estimated at 1.5% of the population and provides figures showing that the collision of HIV/TB co-infection is already underway.
