| Forms for cancer registry: Initial information abstracting form; Autopsy specimen; OR specimen. The design of the registry is a joint work of Houston and Semipalatinsk partners. The software was developed in Houston. The cancer registry has been implemented in Semipalatinsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, and Pavlodar oncodispanseries.
